Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, which may take 24–48 hours to update. Estimated shipping times are 5–10 business days within the United States and 7–15 business days for international orders, though delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control such as carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or weather conditions. Silkiee is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received; customers who purchased shipping protection may contact us for assistance with eligible replacements or refunds. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as Silkiee cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, and reshipping fees may apply. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees determined by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
